How to prepare for our circle gathering
To help you experience the full depth of our gathering together, here's what to have ready:

Essential items:

Drawing materials (colored pencils, markers, crayons—whatever speaks to you)

A journal with pen or pencil, or loose paper for writing and drawing

Water to stay hydrated throughout our time together

You'll also want to create a comfortable space where you can:

Lie down on the floor when we journey

Sit upright in a stable chair with back support (one without wheels works best, so your body has solid contact with supportive surfaces)

Optional items we sometimes work with:

A sacred object that holds meaning for you

A candle with matches (if you're in a safe space for candlelight)
